Leadership school
Our Leadership School is a 45-day program designed to develop key skills through expeditions, coaching, workshops, and structured feedback.
It is a development experience designed to respond to an urgent and universal need: to train leaders capable of acting with integrity, clarity, and purpose in complex and changing environments.

Program phases
At TRAVEX, we see leadership as a transformative journey, not a one-time event. That’s why the Leadership School is structured into five carefully designed phases to accompany participants on a deep and progressive journey: from self-awareness to action, from personal inspiration to collective service.
Each phase combines in-person, virtual, individual, and collaborative experiences, and integrates pedagogical tools that activate different dimensions of leadership: strategic reflection, emotional experience, exploration in nature, sustained practice, and future projection.
This model aims not only to generate conceptual understanding but also real and sustainable transformation: in leadership style, in the way participants relate to others, and in their capacity to make a positive impact in work and social environments.
