How do we guarantee safety?
Joint planning with each organization.
Before each experience, we conduct a shared risk analysis and define protocols adapted to the reality and profile of the participants.
Medical information and traceability.
When we go out into the field, we collect, review, and analyze medical records for all participants in strict confidence, in accordance with our data processing policies, to anticipate needs and define preventive care measures.
Remote medical support.
We have professional partners who provide specialized medical guidance during each outdoor program.
Coverage by accident insurance.
All our participants are covered by insurance policies that protect them in case of accidents or contingencies during activities.
State-of-the-art technical equipment.
From helmets and harnesses to boats, maps, and navigation systems, we use certified equipment that is constantly reviewed.
Satellite-based geolocation (SPOT).
We have emergency satellite devices to send real-time coordinates and activate rescue protocols if necessary.
Continuous communication.
Our teams are connected via point-to-point radios and alternative communication channels to maintain constant coordination and monitoring.
Support vehicles and evacuation plans.
We design advance exit routes and have support vehicles available at strategic points during each program.
Facilitators trained in first aid.
Our entire team has been certified in first aid and outdoor emergency management. Safety is embedded in every role.
Real-time monitoring.
Our operations team is continuously monitoring the program and maintaining direct communication with field leaders.
